Reset Your Energy. Rebuild Your Rhythm. Foster Resilience. Begin Your New Chapter.
when life changes,
more than one part of well-being can shift with it.
Sleep can affect energy.
Energy can affect movement.
Stress can affect routines.
Changing priorities can reshape how you eat, work, rest, connect, and care for yourself.
That’s why general wellness guidance often feels difficult to put into practice.
Information about nutrition, exercise, habits, stress, or mindset may be useful on its own, however it becomes much harder to actually sustain when it is disconnected from the reality of your daily life.
New Leaf takes a whole-person approach.
whole-person wellness, organized around real life
Wellness does not happen in isolated pieces. Movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, habits, identity, environment, and daily routines affect one another.
The New Leaf Method brings these areas together through one structured coaching process designed to help you understand what is changing and determine what matters now.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, the work begins with clarity, resilience, and connecting the points.
the new leaf method
The New Leaf Method is a five-stage coaching process developed by Kristin Mendes to help clients move from “something needs to change” toward greater clarity, realistic priorities, and practical systems they can carry into daily life.
Life has seasons and entering a new one can feel exciting, overwhelming, or uncertain. The New Leaf Method is a holistic coaching process designed to help you navigate change with resilience, strength, ease and intention.

build wellness around the life you are living now
The goal is not to leave coaching with more information. It is to leave with a clearer understanding of your current chapter, defined priorities for what matters now, and practical wellness systems you can continue applying in everyday life.
New Leaf provides a structured process for turning insight into sustainable action while keeping you at the center of the decisions.
Through personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness, which can often combine the many areas of wellness. We can focus on whichever areas you’d like to explore. Such areas can involve creating valuable systems in your routine, as well as exercise, nutritionist, relationships, and your job health.
